Reliable Benefits: Compensation: Drivers earn between $95,000 and $125,000.

Responsibilities of a CDL-A Delivery Driver: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tractor-trailer and submit a DOT inspection report detailing its condition.
Safely connect the assigned tractor to a loaded trailer and deliver from our Sidney, OH warehouse to an affiliated location, assisting with loading and sorting of pre-palletized products during priority appointments.
Typically manage two routes per week, with an average route duration of 28 hours. Work as a team, spending about 50% of the time in the berth.
No ramp unloading tasks involved.
All necessary equipment is provided, with tractors being well-maintained and less than three years old.
Verify the bill of lading and store keys for accuracy during off-hour deliveries.
Drive the tractor-trailer to the destination, utilizing knowledge of commercial driving regulations and vehicle maneuvering skills.
Maintain a driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) in accordance with DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipts, product temperatures, and any exceptions.
Unload the trailer and deliver products into customer premises.
Perform other assigned duties as needed.
Qualifications for a CDL-A Teammate: Must be at least 21 years old.
Possess a valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL-A).
Have a minimum of 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience.
Must meet our organization’s MVR and risk rating standards.
This role requires the ability to read, write, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and essential communications related to the position, ensuring compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
