Registered Nurse – OR travel assignment in Plymouth, Massachusetts. Start date: 11/02/2026 for a 13-week contract. Weekly pay: $3,163 to $3,281. Responsibilities
- Provide intraoperative nursing care in the OR as circulator or scrub, focusing on ortho trauma, general, and neuro procedures as applicable.
- Prepare, pass, and manage instrumentation and implants; maintain strict sterile technique and use of aseptic principles during surgical procedures.
- Operate and assist with complex surgical equipment (Endoscopic, Laser, ENT, Orthopedic, Plastic, Podiatry, Neuro, General, Thoracic, Urology, Vascular) as required; support robotic-assisted cases using the Da Vinci system.
- Monitor patient status before, during, and after procedures; collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia, and OR team to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
- Position patients, manage specimens, and ensure proper documentation of perioperative care; uphold safety and infection control standards.

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN license and BLS certification required at time of submission.
- OR experience with orthopedic trauma required; general OR experience and neuro exposure are a bonus.
- Travel experience required; proven ability to work in diverse OR environments; current OR-circulator or scrub duties.
- Da Vinci robotic system experience required.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of aseptic techniques and ability to operate complex surgical equipment across multiple specialties.
- Pass/Fail ECG/Telemetry and Medication tests prior to acceptance; one attempt only; minimum 85% passing score. Tests administered by CCH via Zoom Protector meeting within 48 hours of offer.
- Flu vaccination required prior to start (medical exemptions accepted).
- RTO: No more than 3 days in a row; all RTO requests must be presented at the time of submission.
- BILH coversheet required at time of submission.
- Must be able to start ASAP; early availability strongly preferred.
- Non-local eligibility: no travel from within 50 miles of the facility.
