Application Support Analyst

To strengthen the support function between internal teams, the full-time remote Application Support Analyst will manage help desk triage, assist with data reporting, and document system knowledge while providing excellent customer service in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Perform initial triage of help desk issues, gathering logs and documenting tickets for senior engineers Support Client Services by interpreting data and maintaining reports using business intelligence tools Document CRM capabilities and processes, creating user guides and troubleshooting references to enhance knowledge management Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in IT, information systems, or analytics is a plus Previous experience in a help desk, technical support, or operations-support role preferred Exposure to business intelligence or reporting tools (e.g., Domo, Looker, Power BI) is strongly preferred Basic familiarity with querying or working with data (e.g., SQL) is a plus but not required Strong problem-solving mindset and excellent attention to detail
