Manager Sales Title and Escrow (Nampa)

Position Overview:The Team Leader is responsible for leading and managing the day-to-day operations of an escrow office or team while driving strategic growth, operational excellence, and team performance. This role provides leadership, coaching, and oversight to team members, ensures compliance with escrow regulations and company standards, and partners with sales and leadership to achieve business objectives. The Team Leader also maintains key customer relationships and contributes to business development efforts to support market growth.Key Responsibilities:Leadership & Talent ManagementLead, coach, and develop team members to drive performance, accountability, and engagement Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard talent to build a high-performing team Conduct regular team meetings, one-on-ones, and performance reviewsFoster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture Operational ManagementOversee daily escrow operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and procedures Establish, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) and workflows Conduct file audits and monitor production to ensure quality and compliance Ensure compliance with escrow trust accounting standards and regulatory requirements (state and federal) Coordinate resources, staffing, and priorities across the teamFinancial & Business PerformanceManage office performance, including productivity, expenses, and profitability Monitor key metrics and implement improvements to achieve financial and operational goals Partner with sales leadership to meet market share and revenue targets Contribute to office growth through relationship management and client retention Customer & Market FocusMaintain and grow relationships with key clients and partnersEnsure delivery of exceptional customer service aligned with company standards Identify opportunities for market growth and expansion Represent the company in the community and support engagement initiatives Risk & Compliance OversightEnsure adherence to all company policies, escrow procedures, and regulatory requirements including RESPA and Department of Insurance guidelines Monitor internal controls and risk management practicesAddress and resolve operational or compliance issues proactivelyInteract and communicate in a professional and effective manner with all levels of team members, leadership, customers, and external partners. Performs other functions as necessary or as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred Minimum 3–5 years of experience in escrow, title, real estate, or related operations Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred Strong business acumen and understanding of operational and financial performance drivers Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsPreferred Qualifications: Experience managing escrow operations or a branch office Strong understanding of escrow workflows, compliance requirements, and trust accounting Experience driving business growth and managing client relationships Familiarity with EOS or structured meeting frameworksWork Environment and Physical Requirements:The physical demands described herein are representative of those required to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
