Your role will entail managing full-cycle placements while cultivating strong partnerships with clients. With industry-leading commission rates , your efforts will be rewarded in alignment with the value you generate. What You'll Do
- Oversee Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to successful closure.
- Serve as a Client Partner , grasping their hiring requirements, challenges, and cultural dynamics.
- Strategically Source through our proprietary CRM/ATS, tapping into your network as well as utilizing our cutting-edge communications platform.
- Utilize Our Platform for managing candidate interactions, tracking outreach, automating follow-ups, and maintaining organization.
- Focus on Permanent Placements that ensure long-term client value while generating lucrative commissions for yourself.
- Engage in Thought Leadership to elevate not only our brand but also yours.
