Food Supervisor

Overview Location: WEST VIRGINIA STATE UNIVERSITY - 54462001 Workdays/shifts: Varying shifts, days/hours (open availability preferred). More details will be provided during the interview process. Employment Type: Full-time Pay Range: $15.00 per hour - $18.00 per hour University students with restrictions on number of hours they can work, including international students, should apply for open student worker positions at the school they attend. What You’ll Do As a Food Supervisor at Sodexo, you oversee on-site food operations and coordinate routine work activities of service employees. This includes areas such as fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events/banquets, casual dining and cafes, under direction of management. Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business. Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees. Facilitate orientation and training of employees. Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in areas such as quality, service, and problem resolution. Attend work and report to scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity. Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements. What You Bring Successful candidates will be team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and committed to a healthy and safe working environment for all. 1 or more years of related work experience.
