About Us: The Villa Restaurant is a generational, family-owned Italian restaurant with a rich history and a deep pride in what we do. For decades, we've been serving authentic Italian cuisine in a warm, welcoming environment that feels like home to both our guests and our team. Our fast-paced, high-volume dining room reflects our strong reputation and loyal customer base.

Position Overview: We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented, and professional servers who thrive in a high-volume setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, values teamwork, and can deliver exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and composure during busy shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and Italian cuisine
Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
Maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience
Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
Uphold cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
Handle multiple tables and priorities while maintaining high service standards

Qualifications:

Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
Strong multitasking and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
