About Us: The Villa Restaurant is a generational, family-owned Italian restaurant with a rich history and a deep pride in what we do. Our fast-paced, high-volume dining room reflects our strong reputation and loyal customer base.
Position Overview: We are seeking experienced, detail-oriented, and professional servers who thrive in a high-volume setting. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, values teamwork, and can deliver exceptional service while maintaining efficiency and composure during busy shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service to all guests
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of menu items, specials, and Italian cuisine
- Accurately take and deliver food and beverage orders in a timely manner
- Maintain organization and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure a positive dining experience
- Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house team members
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of dining and service areas
- Handle multiple tables and priorities while maintaining high service standards
Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant preferred
- Strong multitasking and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional demeanor with a positive attitude
- Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
- Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
