Individuals in this role do assist in all aspects of the guest arrival and departure experience including but not limited to luggage assistance, luggage delivery, valet parking, and property tours. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Miraval Austin as a member of our Front Office team.
