Production Lead

Job description

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that production targets are met within specified timelines
- Supervise production staff
- Monitor quality control to ensure products meet company standards

-Must have experience leading others.

-We want the person to be able to communicate with employees who speak English and Spanish.

-Must live local and have reliable transportation

-Must have high reach/electric pallet jack

-Must have scanning experience/inventory

Experience:
- Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and inventory management
- Experience operating a forklift is a plus
