Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN specializing in Long Term Care for a travel assignment in Syracuse, Nebraska. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive post-acute care setting, primarily focused on long-term care patients with some short-term cases as well.

Job Title: LPN – Long Term Care – Travel

Location: Syracuse, NE

Pay: $1,418.04 weekly

Shifts: 6p – 6:30a; Every other weekend and holiday

Key Responsibilities of the LPN – Long Term Care

• Provide nursing care tailored to the long-term care residents
• Utilize Point Click Care (PCC) for effective charting and documentation
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care
• Participate in location-specific orientation and training sessions
• Adhere to the weekend and holiday rotation schedule

Requirements of the LPN – Long Term Care

• Valid LPN/LVN license in the state of Nebraska
• BLS Certification
• Experience in long-term care settings
