Strategic PMO Analyst — SDLC & IT Lifecycle Lead

Lumen Technologies, Inc. in the Washington DC metropolitan area seeks a Program Management Office (PMO) Analyst to track deliverables, maintain documentation, and ensure alignment with IT lifecycle and SDLC standards.
This role may supervise others and requires attention to detail in a high accountability environment. Qualifications include a TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and extensive experience in systems analysis, requirements translation, and enterprise SDLC governance.
