To ensure guests presented with ordered wine in a timely and professional manner ensuring that all service points are exceeded

Qualifications

Major Areas of Responsibility:

• Ensure guests receive ordered wine in a timely manner
• Provides direct service support to Bartenders
• Ensures bar is stocked with glassware at all times
• Ensures bar is stocked with liquor, garnishes, ice, wine, mixes and any additional product, at all times
• Maintains cleanliness of bar area
• Removes trash from bar area and returns empty trashcans
• Ensures Bartenders have necessary tools to provide a superior service experience to guest
• Adheres to all service points when presenting wine
• Ensures wine room remains organized at all times
• Ensures wine display remains organized at all times
• Appropriately stocks wine room and display as needed
• Assists in inventory control of all wine related product
• Maintains cleanliness
• Offers assistance to FOH employees as needed
• Cleans and sanitizes throughout the shift
• Prepares for shift change and close
• Attends pre-shift as scheduled.
• Keeps the manager fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance and takes prompt corrective action where necessary or suggests alternative courses of action which may be taken
• Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and effective manner in accordance with established company policies to achieve the overall objective of this position
• Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company employees to foster and promote a cooperative and harmonious working climate which will be conducive to maximum employee morale, productivity and effectiveness
• At all times provides a favorable image of the Company to promote its aims and objectives and foster and enhance public recognition and acceptance of all its areas of endeavor
• Utilizes Company cultural training and available services to ensure that guests experience supersedes expectations
