Repair Coordinator

Overview:

London Jewelers is a premier jewelry business, family owned and operated for over 90 years. We continue to set the standard for quality and service in providing customers with the finest selection of diamonds, designer jewelry, fine timepieces and gifts, presented in a luxurious style and setting with superior customer service. We are seeking a Repair Coordinator to join our location in the Americana Manhasset.

Responsibilities:

• Serves as primary liaison between customers, sales associates and repair team.
• Processes customer watch repairs on Rolex, Patek Philippe and Panerai watches; works with vendors regarding repair issues.
• Communicates instructions for servicing and enters information into the POS system; evaluates items condition and clearly identifies necessary repairs.
• Maintains organized inventory repair reports and reviews repair tickets for correct invoicing

Qualifications/Experience:

• Strong customer service and computer skills.
• Knowledge of watches

Job Type:

• Full-time

Salary:

• $25.00 - $30.00 per hour

The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates relevant skills and experience.
