Field Marketing Agent Orlando Area
Capital Vacations is one of the fastest-growing companies in the vacation ownership industry, and we're looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated individuals to join our Marketing Team.
As a Field Marketing Agent, you'll interact with vacationers and visitors, introduce them to Capital Vacations, and schedule qualified guests to attend a vacation ownership presentation. If you enjoy talking to people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and want an opportunity with strong earning potential and room for growth, we'd love to meet you.

Premier Marketing Locations
- Most of our marketing locations are indoors
- Only one outdoor marketing location

What You'll Do
- Engage with vacationers, resort guests, and local visitors
- Introduce guests to Capital Vacations and our vacation ownership programs
- Generate qualified tours and appointments
- Build rapport and create excitement around the vacation ownership experience
- Meet and exceed weekly performance goals

Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must have scheduling flexibility, including weekends, holidays, and peak travel periods
- Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
