Evaluate staffing pattern needed to meet the needs of the residents in conjunction with the Director of Nursing. Administer medication/treatments as prescribed. Receive, transcribe, and implement physician’s orders. Implement and evaluate care plans. Identify and secure equipment supplies. Direct and oversee subordinates. Participate in duty assignments. Organize and coordinate subordinates, job tasks, and time allotments. Oversee and monitor function and activities of subordinate staff. Evaluate staff performance and institute appropriate action discipline/training. Monitor infection control compliance. Investigate and document accidents/incidents. Other duties as assigned. LVN Requirements Current, valid licensure as a LVN required. Experience in long‑term healthcare preferred. Management/supervisory experience required.
