You will support Vitalant’s life-saving mission by overseeing and coordinating Donor Outreach Coordinators and Donor Relation Specialists and for the achievement of assigned daily, weekly and monthly goals. What to Expect Schedule: Monday through Friday, with flexible hours depending on the needs of our frontline staff. Supervisors are also expected to participate in around 7 weekend on-call coverage throughout the year.
