Belfry is looking for a Head of Marketing to build and lead our marketing function. You'll report directly to our CEO, own the marketing number, and lead a small team that already includes a Demand Generation Manager and a Product Marketing Manager, with room to grow it as we do.

You'll set the go-to-market strategy, decide where we spend, and be accountable for marketing-sourced pipeline and closed revenue. You'll establish Belfry as the default choice for security companies nationwide, from the 50-officer regional firm to the national enterprise, and you'll build the systems, the reporting, and the team that make that repeatable.

This is a player-coach role. You'll set the strategy and manage the team, but you'll also be in the tools, in the customer calls, and in the copy. We're looking for someone who has built a marketing function before, who's run a channel end-to-end with their own hands, and who brings a point of view.

What You Bring

• 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, including 3+ years leading demand generation or growth and at least one stint building or rebuilding a marketing function at a growth-stage company (Series A to C)

• Experience managing and developing a team, and the judgment to know what to hire next

• A revenue-first instinct. You've owned a pipeline number, you know how to attribute it, and you've reported it to a CEO or a board.

• Depth in one or two growth channels (paid acquisition, email and lifecycle, ABM, SEO, or website and conversion optimization) and working knowledge of the rest

• Strong point of view on positioning and content. You can write, and you can tell when something isn't working.

• Experienced in setting up the tools, workflows, and reporting that make marketing operations scalable

• Comfort with ambiguity and a strong bias toward shipping over spec'ing

• Hands-on experience with or advanced interest in pursuing AI-driven workflows

• Vertical SaaS experience preferred, especially selling to operations-heavy, field-based industries
