The Administrative Assistant in St. Augustine plays a crucial role in supporting daily office operations through effective scheduling, data management, and customer interaction. Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling and calendar appointments
• Perform accurate data entry and document management
• Provide customer support and handle correspondence
• Maintain records and ensure proper filing
• Coordinate office activities and communications
• Manage incoming phone calls professionally
• Prepare materials and logistics for meetings

 

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent

 

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in administrative support
