Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,172 - $2,198 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 16 weeks Shift: 12-hour night shifts Start date: 09/21/2026 Setting: Short-term acute care hospital medical-surgical unit Responsibilities Deliver direct nursing care to adult, geriatric, and pediatric Med-Surg patients on a 20-bed unit Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care; monitor clinical status and respond to changes Administer medications, IV therapies, and treatments; monitor for adverse effects Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team; participate in rounds and care planning Prepare patients and families for discharge; provide appropriate education and resources May float to other departments within scope and assist with flu immunization clinics as needed Document accurately in the electronic medical record; adhere to unit and facility policies Requirements Current registered nurse license in Arizona American Heart Association BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications Minimum 3 years Med-Surg experience; 1 year pediatric experience required Comfortable caring for both adult and pediatric patients; able to work 12-hour night shifts Flexible to work weekends and holidays; may be asked to float to other qualified areas Ability to thrive in a 20-bed MSU setting and manage a typical inpatient load Benefits and Support Dedicated support from Healthforce Healthcare LLC throughout the assignment 24/7 recruiter and travel support Orientation and onboarding assistance Credentialing and compliance coordination Travel and payroll coordination and guidance Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
