Retail Sales Associate

Address: 726 E Northwest Hwy, Grapevine, Texas 76051 Pay range: $14.00 to $15.00 per hour. Overview EZCORP seeks a Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Member (Pawnbroker) to work in a fast‑paced retail environment. The role involves customer interaction, processing sales and loans, and store opening/closing duties, with a clear path for advancement through structured training and certification programs. Responsibilities Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone. Process sales, loans, and loan extensions accurately. Perform opening and closing tasks for the store. Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment for customers. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Customer service, cashier, or retail experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong multitasking ability. Pass a criminal background check and drug test (after conditional offer). Knowledge of commonly pawned items (e.g., tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
