Seeking an Arkansas Licensed Personal Injury Attorney, the full-time role will manage case evaluations, provide legal representation, and develop strategies to protect clients' rights while maintaining communication and organization throughout the legal process. Key responsibilities Evaluate and assess the merits of clients' Personal Injury claims through thorough analysis of records and evidence Represent clients in Personal Injury matters, including filing claims, negotiating settlements, and advocating for their legal positions Maintain consistent communication with clients, providing updates and advising them on their rights and options Required qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school Active admission to the Arkansas Bar 5 - 10 years of experience in Personal Injury law Knowledge of Arkansas laws, regulations, and procedures Ability to manage a robust caseload independently in a fast-paced environment
