Job Title: Healthcare Architect ( Technical Advisory/Consulting )

Location: Mentor, OH (Onsite)

Healthcare Interoperability

• Demonstrated hands-on experience delivering healthcare interoperability solutions in real-world hospital environments.
• Practical experience implementing HL7 FHIR R4 interfaces in production environments.
• Experience addressing operational constraints, data-quality issues, vendor limitations and deployment challenges.
• Experience with clinical systems such as EHR, EMR, LIS and pharmacy platforms, and Clinical Decision Support Systems.

Architecture and Engineering

• Practical experience designing event-driven and API-based architectures.
• Ability to develop clear architecture diagrams, workflow diagrams and interface specifications.
• Ability to convert business and clinical integration needs into implementation-ready technical specifications.
• Strong understanding of secure, reliable and maintainable healthcare integration design.

Security and Privacy

• Applied knowledge of healthcare security and privacy requirements in operational settings.
• Ability to incorporate authentication, authorization, auditability, data protection and secure transport considerations into the solution design.

Preferred Capabilities

• Experience leading interoperability architecture reviews with hospitals and integration vendors.
• Familiarity with cloud-native integration platforms and deployment operating models.
• Experience establishing interoperability governance, design standards or implementation guidance.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clinical, technical and non-technical stakeholders
