Title
Registered Nurse - Hematology/Oncology

Schedule
- Shift: 8 hours, Day shift (8a-5p)
- Days: Monday through Friday

Assignment Details
- Contract Length: 16 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Requirements
- Must have 2 years of clinical experience
- Must have 2 years of experience in Hematology/Oncology specialty
- Chemo and biotherapy certification required
- Outpatient clinic experience in an Infusion/Oncology setting required
- Epic experience from within the past 2 years required

Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer chemotherapy and biotherapy treatments in an outpatient setting.
- Monitor patient responses to treatments and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients and families on treatment options and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic medical records systems.

Compliance / Notes
- Scrubs: Any color, nail polish not permitted
- Ensure explanations for any employment gaps over 90 days are provided
- This facility requires all work history information to be complete in order to submit
- Public transportation is not accessible; reliable transportation is recommended
