Frontline Staff Support Stipend
Location: Human Resources Department
Reports to: Rasheeda Abdul-Musawwir, Assistant Director of HR
Position Overview: The Frontline Staff Support Stipend position will provide operational support to the Human Resources Department as we launch and expand Frontline-related pilot programs and initiatives. The selected staff member will assist with communication, troubleshooting, and resource support to ensure successful implementation and adoption of Frontline processes.
Qualifications:
- Current Clerk or Administrative Assistant within CPS
- Strong understanding of frontline staff operations and needs
- Ability to provide guidance, respond to questions, and support colleagues with technology and process-related concerns
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Support the successful launch and implementation of Frontline pilot programs, including initiatives related to extra duties, compensatory time, and other HR processes.
- Serve as a resource for frontline staff by responding to questions, providing timely guidance, and assisting with troubleshooting.
- Host virtual office hours to support frontline employees with Frontline-related questions and process navigation.
- Provide guidance and support to clerks, administrative assistants, and other designated staff responsible for managing Frontline processes and procedures.
- Gather feedback from frontline staff to identify challenges, highlight successes, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Partner with Human Resources to develop communication materials, and training resources related to Frontline initiatives.
- Facilitate Frontline-related trainings and provide ongoing support to promote effective system usage and understanding.
- Collect, organize, and share staff feedback and insights to inform future improvements and enhancements.
Time Commitment
- This position requires approximately 23 hours per week for the 26-27 school year.
