Our client is looking for a Sales & F&I Manager to lead the sales team while actively selling powersports and marine vehicles. This role combines sales leadership with Finance & Insurance (F&I) responsibilities, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience, maximizing profitability, and ensuring smooth dealership operations.

The ideal candidate has experience in powersports, marine, motorcycle, or automotive sales, strong F&I knowledge, and enjoys working in a fast-paced dealership environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Finance (F&I)

• Personally sell new and used powersports and marine vehicles.

• Handle all aspects of the Finance & Insurance process, including:

  • Finance applications

  • Credit submissions

  • Lender approvals

  • Rate and quote negotiations

  • Selling finance products, insurance, extended warranties, service contracts, and aftermarket products.

• Meet or exceed monthly F&I profit goals.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth sales process.

• Cross-sell parts, accessories, and service packages.

• Maintain ethical and compliant sales practices.

• Build relationships with new lending partners to secure competitive financing programs.

• Assist with title and lien processing through the Secretary of State.

Sales Leadership

• Train and coach the sales team on sales processes and best practices.

• Set performance goals and monitor team performance.

• Oversee CRM systems and sales activities.

• Ensure all dealership procedures, checklists, and compliance requirements are followed.

Operations

• Help manage inventory and maintain showroom presentation.

• Perform trade appraisals.

• Ensure sales paperwork and administrative documentation are accurate.

• Support promotional campaigns and prepare operational reports.

• Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining high customer service standards.

• Work closely with other dealership departments in a collaborative environment.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Create staff schedules and manage workload distribution.

• Assist with recruiting, hiring, training, and developing sales staff.

• Enforce company policies and assist with personnel actions, including hiring and terminations, when needed.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in powersports, marine, motorcycle, or automotive sales.

• Previous powersports dealership experience is required.

• Previous management or F&I experience is highly preferred.

• Strong sales closing skills.

• Knowledge of financing, contracts, titles, and F&I processes.

• Passion for the powersports and marine industry.

• Experience using CRM and inventory management systems or the ability to learn quickly.

• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

• High-energy and professional attitude.

• Valid driver's license with a motorcycle endorsement.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods.

• Lift up to 40 lbs.

• Move vehicles weighing over 600 lbs.

• Work in a noisy service environment with occasional exposure to chemicals and exhaust.
