We provide one-on-one care to seniors, individuals with disabilities, and clients needing in-home assistance throughout Omaha, Fremont, Lincoln, and rural Nebraska .

What You'll Do

• Provide compassionate, personalized care based on each client's needs.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and safe transfers.
• Offer medication reminders and assist with medication management as directed.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed.
• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home.
• Monitor clients' well-being and report changes in condition.
• Build positive relationships with clients and their families.
• Accurately document care provided and client progress.

Pay & Benefits

• $15.50–$19.00 per hour
• Weekend differential: Earn an additional $1.00/hour on weekend shifts.
• Full-time employees are eligible for PTO!

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus but not required —we'll provide training for the right candidate.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Comfortable working in clients' homes, including homes with pets.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and meet state employment requirements.
