About the Position Our Skilled Nurses provide specialized care in orthopedics, cardiac, respiratory, oncology, palliative care, infections, neurology, and dermatology. You will assess patient needs and implement care using the latest technology as part of an interdisciplinary team. Compensation Starting wage: $27.15 per hour for LPN. Night shift premium: $5.00 per hour. Hero Pay: $3.40 per hour. Yearly wage increases. Sign‑on bonus: $8,000 for night shifts. Nights 6:00 p.m. – 6:00 a.m. Responsibilities Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in daily interactions with guests, families, and visitors, fostering a positive healing environment. Perform a variety of treatments, including wound care, irrigations, IV therapy, tube feedings, chest tubes, and peritoneal dialysis. Administer medications as prescribed, and advise patients and families on medication changes, treatment plans, and patient condition. Provide preventive and supportive care for the physiologic and psychosocial well‑being of patients. Oversee the Nurse Aide team, assigning duties, providing training, and contributing to recognition and evaluations. Qualifications Current LPN license in Michigan and CPR‑BLS certification. Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, or higher. High level of analytical abilities for personalized care plans and problem solving.
