Judit Inc. is hiring on behalf of one of our largest clients — a global technology leader in consumer electronics, semiconductors, and mobile communications. This is a temporary, contract position : you'll be employed by Judit Inc. and work directly alongside our client's team.

What you'll do

You'll run the company's customer experience center, a technology showroom in Irvine where business customers and partners see the latest products and solutions in action. You'll keep the space and its demos current, plan and host meetings, tours, trainings, and events, and turn every visit into follow-up and revenue opportunities for the sales team.

Showroom and technology

• Keep the showroom current through ongoing product upgrades, working with enterprise product groups, solution engineers, and vertical marketing teams to plan and install the right solutions
• Get the space ready for every meeting: coordinate cleaning with building staff, confirm technology demos are working, and check that the correct products are on display
• Handle light technical upkeep (powering products on and off, loading and changing content, connecting devices to Wi-Fi) and route all other technical fixes to the solution engineering team

Meetings, tours, and events

• Create and manage all hospitality, meeting, and training programs for the center
• Manage and run the center's meeting schedule with executive management and sales leaders so every meeting has the right coverage and attendance
• Host all guests, from giving tours to answering questions
• Plan and host events with teams across divisions and subsidiaries, during and after work hours, including program development, catering, and hosting
• Work with the center lead and the company's DMC partner to identify strategic events where the company can invite attendees to visit the showroom

Communications, reporting, and vendors

• Write pre-sale communications for each event that sales and partners use to drive attendance, and post-sale communications that drive follow-up and revenue opportunities
• Keep an attendee list for each visit, including name, company, contact information, reason for visit, and follow-up actions
• Prepare post-event, training, and tour reports covering description, dates and times, attendees, photos, actions, and follow-up
• Help with monthly reporting for the executive team
• Manage food and beverage service with in-house and outside caterers, plus all other outsourced services and expense billing
• Other tasks as assigned

What you'll bring

• Bachelor's degree (BS or BA)
• Project management skills to lead cross-functional workstreams and deliver on time
• Agile and business analysis skills
• Strong organization: you can multitask, manage several deadlines at once, and prioritize well
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors and internal and external organizations
• Clear written and verbal communication
• A collaborative, relationship-focused approach and comfort with priorities that change day to day

Nice to have

• Degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Event/Hospitality Management
