TinkBird Healthcare Staffing is actively seeking a Locum Tenens Occupational Therapist for a correctional medicine opportunity in Ayer, Massachusetts. This role offers a flexible schedule within a structured correctional healthcare environment focused on evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services.

Clinical Responsibilities
Provide onsite occupational therapy services
Perform occupational therapy evaluations and assessments
Develop individualized treatment plans
Provide therapeutic interventions and rehabilitation services
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
Collaborate with facility clinical staff regarding patient care
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Requirements
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
Active Massachusetts Occupational Therapist license required/preferred based on facility requirements
Prior occupational therapy experience preferred
Ability to work independently in a correctional medicine environment
Strong assessment, rehabilitation, and communication skills
