Benefits Air‑conditioned facility Starting at $18/hr with weekly pay Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM Paid holidays Full benefits package (medical, dental, vision) Career advancement with a clear path to a Welder position All tools and equipment provided Role The Metal Finisher owns the full metal prep process before final coating—including surface grinding, DA finishing, weld berry removal, dimple die forming, minor weld repairs, and small part fitment. Your work ensures the final product looks and fits as required.
