Experience Required Passion for golf and the golf industry Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong attention to detail Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work evenings and weekends Preferred Experience managing golf leagues Tournament or event management experience Club Repair and regripping skills Social media and digital marketing experience Experience with Golf Genius PGA/LPGA Professional or PGA Associate status Golf instruction experience Essential Responsibilities Manage golf leagues from registration through weekly play Coordinate tournaments, clinics, camps, and special events Assist with planning and growing golf programs Create engaging social media content and marketing campaigns Communicate with golfers before, during, and after events Deliver outstanding customer service to golfers and visitors Assist with daily golf operations and facility organization Develop new ideas that enhance the golfer experience and grow participation Oversee and participate in Junior Golf Programs Club Repair and regripping #J-18808-Ljbffr Twice
