Senior Program Manager - Corporate Separation / Carve-Out

Confidential Search: Sr. Program Manager – Separation Management Office (Contract, Milwaukee WI)

Our exclusive client is looking for someone who's led a spin-off or carve-out from the inside — not consulted on one, led it. Think TSA exit planning, Day 1 systems cutover, data migration, and the messy physical side too: facilities, warehouses, inventory, and equipment that have to move without breaking the business.

Our exclusive client is looking for a Sr. Program Manager to stand up and run a Separation Management Office for a strategic transaction that isn't public yet — reporting directly to the EVP of Corporate Strategy and M&A.

What you'll do:

• Own the SMO: governance, steering committee updates, executive reporting
• Manage TSA exit planning and Day 1 readiness across IT and physical operations
• Coordinate separation across Finance, IT, Supply Chain, HR, and Legal
• Present risk, timeline, and progress directly to senior and Board-level stakeholders

What you need:

• 10+ years of program management, with 5+ years specifically in M&A integration, carve-outs, or divestitures
• Direct experience setting up an IMO or SMO — not just supporting one
• Experience separating both IT systems and physical facilities/operations
• Comfortable presenting to C-level and Board audiences
• Able to work onsite in Milwaukee, WI, 2-3 days/week (no sponsorship available)

Logistics: 12-18 month contract, $90-100/hr, hybrid onsite 2-3 days/week in Milwaukee, WI.
