Role Overview A registered nurse provides professional, technical nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation). Key Responsibilities Deliver direct and indirect patient care adhering to unit standards Supervise and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members Communicate effectively and foster a collaborative environment Promote a positive patient experience and seek continuous improvement Take accountability for performance and professional growth Build strong relationships within the team Qualifications & Skills Graduate of an accredited nursing program; BSN preferred Current Basic Life Support certification Relevant certifications as required by the department Valid nursing license in Texas or eligibility to obtain one Minimum of 6 months RN experience Work Environment A full-service acute-care hospital recognized for nursing excellence, technological innovation, and a commitment to inclusivity.
