TJ Inspection is seeking a talented and detail-oriented  Data Analyst – Front End to join our team. This position will focus on transforming data into useful, intuitive, and visually compelling dashboards and reporting tools that help management and operations make better decisions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable working with  Python, data visualization, dashboards, and large datasets and can take complex information and turn it into something that is easy for non-technical users to understand and act upon.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and data visualization tools.
• Use  Python to manipulate, analyze, clean, and transform data.
• Connect dashboards and reporting tools to various data sources.
• Develop user-friendly front-end interfaces for internal data and reporting applications.
• Translate business requirements into functional dashboards and analytical tools.
• Identify trends, patterns, inconsistencies, and opportunities within company data.
• Create automated reports and recurring data products to reduce manual work.
• Work with large datasets and ensure data is accurate, organized, and presented effectively.
• Collaborate with management and internal teams to understand reporting needs.
• Improve existing dashboards and analytical tools based on user feedback.
• Troubleshoot data, reporting, and dashboard issues.
• Help establish standards for data visualization, reporting, and dashboard design.
• Present analytical findings in a clear and understandable manner to both technical and non-technical team members.
  

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in  Python .
• Experience building  interactive dashboards and data visualizations .
• Strong understanding of data analysis and data manipulation.
• Experience working with  SQL and relational databases .
• Strong  Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, lookups, and data analysis.
• Ability to work with large datasets.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable information.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team.
  

Skills That Would Be a Major Plus

Experience with any of the following would be highly valuable:
• Power BI

• Pandas

• PostgreSQL

• REST APIs / API integration

• JavaScript

• HTML / CSS

• Git / GitHub

• VBA / Excel automation

• Data modeling and database design

• Data cleaning and transformation

• Automated reporting

• UI/UX principles for data applications

• Experience deploying Python applications or dashboards

What We’re Looking For

We are looking for someone who doesn't just  analyze data , but understands how to  present it .

You should be able to look at a spreadsheet, database, or raw dataset and ask:

“How can we turn this into something that gives management a better understanding of what is happening?”

The right candidate will have a combination of technical ability, analytical thinking, and an eye for creating dashboards that are  clean, intuitive, fast, and useful .

You should also be comfortable working in an environment where priorities can change and where you may be asked to develop new tools and solutions as business needs evolve.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent professional experience will be considered.
• 2+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, software development, or a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated experience building dashboards or data-driven applications.
• Portfolio or examples of dashboards, analytical applications, or Python projects are highly encouraged.
