BDC Sales Agent

What You'll Do As a BDC Agent, your primary responsibility is to generate and schedule appointments for our sales team while providing an exceptional customer experience. Daily Responsibilities: Contact internet leads, phone inquiries, and previous customers. Schedule appointments for customers interested in purchasing a vehicle. Follow up consistently through phone calls, text messages, and emails. Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM. Confirm upcoming appointments and reschedule missed appointments. Re-engage older leads and inactive customers. Work closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth customer handoff. Follow dealership communication processes and daily activity goals.
