Industrial EngineerThe Industrial Engineer will lead high-impact projects to optimize operational efficiency, drive innovation, and implement process improvements across Wabash. This role will leverage advanced engineering principles, project management expertise, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver strategic outcomes aligned with organizational goals. The Senior Industrial Engineer serves as a mentor and technical resource for junior engineers, providing guidance and fostering professional development within the team. A qualified candidate will utilize LEAN concepts to identify/eliminate waste and perform time/motion studies.Your Responsibilities:Lead cross-functional teams in identifying and implementing large-scale process improvement initiatives to optimize production, logistics, and operational workflows.Utilize advanced analytical tools and methods (e.g., predictive analytics, simulation modeling) to identify trends, forecast outcomes, and drive data-informed decision-making.Develops and deploys plans that ensure the timely availability and effective utilization of labor, facilities, equipment, & tooling resourcesWork with scheduling and demand planning teams to create optimized production plans and provide capacity planning analysisInteract with production management daily on all matters relating to staffing requirements and IE activities.Helps determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflowPerform cycle time and bottleneck analysis.
