Who You Are 1–3 years of experience in an upscale or polished restaurant concept High-volume service experience preferred A confident communicator with natural leadership instincts Organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure Toast POS experience is a plus A service professional with high energy who’s ready to level up into leadership About the Role As a Banquet Server advancing to Banquet Captain, you’ll be a key player in executing flawless events.
