Position Overview The Client Communications Manager is responsible for creating an exceptional planning experience for every couple. Once a client books with The Broadway Avenue, you become their primary guide throughout the planning journey—building relationships, answering questions, coordinating details, tracking progress, and ensuring they feel confident and cared for every step of the way. This is a relationship-focused position that requires outstanding communication, organization, and attention to detail. You’ll work closely with our operations team, venue coordinators, and leadership to ensure every wedding is thoughtfully planned and flawlessly executed. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for all booked clients. Lead the client experience from onboarding through wedding day. Build meaningful relationships with couples while providing timely, professional communication. Schedule and lead planning meetings. Keep couples on track with planning milestones and deadlines. Prepare and send client invoices and monitor payment schedules. Maintain accurate client records, notes, timelines, and financial information within Airtable. Coordinate internally with venue coordinators and operations to ensure seamless event execution. Assist with timeline planning, logistics, and wedding preparation. Resolve client questions and concerns with professionalism and empathy. Continuously look for ways to improve the client experience and internal systems. Qualifications Exceptionally organized and highly detail-oriented. A confident and professional communicator, both verbally and in writing. Warm, personable, and passionate about serving others. Able to manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality. A proactive problem solver who takes initiative. Calm under pressure and adaptable in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning new software and technology.
