Front Desk Lead – Full Time (Weekdays)

Elle Marie Hair Studio – Smokey Point

At Elle Marie Hair Studio, our front desk sets the tone for the entire guest experience. We are looking for a Front Desk Lead for our Smokey Point location, someone who is warm, organized, and confident in a fast-paced, highly social environment.

This role is a step above a traditional front desk position, with added responsibility supporting daily operations and team organization.

What You’ll Do

• Create a welcoming, polished experience for every guest from arrival to checkout
• Manage appointments, phones, and in-salon communication with efficiency and professionalism
• Support stylists and leadership to keep the day running smoothly
• Multitask with ease while maintaining a calm, positive presence
• Handle guest concerns with empathy and confidence when they arise

In this lead role, you will also:

• Oversee retail and backbar inventory , including tracking, organization, and restocking
• Support timecard review and preparation to ensure accuracy ahead of payroll processing
• Help maintain accountability and flow at the front desk
• Act as a go-to resource for front desk team members

Schedule

• Full-time, primarily weekdays
• We anticipate little to no weekend requirement for this role but could be an option if requested.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• A polished, professional, and friendly presence
• Confidence in guest interactions, including occasional service recovery
• High attention to detail, especially with administrative tasks
• Ability to take initiative and follow through
• Customer service or hospitality experience (salon experience is a plus)
