Phoenix Full-Time Salary X2 Mortgage is a modern mortgage brokerage built to not only save our clients as much money as possible, but ultimately provide a world class experience. To achieve this, we’re looking to hire a Payroll/Office Manager who’s willing to join our team with a positive attitude and a great work ethic. Our Payroll Managers at X2 Mortgage keep our accounts organized as they oversee and supervise payroll functions, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations. Here’s What You’ll be Able to Look Forward To: Generate commission reports & ensure accurate processing of payroll in timely fashion Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports of every payroll transaction Onboard and offboard employees Ensure company stays within NMLS compliance and broker agreement guidelines Handle all reimbursement requests and compensation discrepancies Track and update compensation plans with employees quarterly Yearly pay range between $51,000 - $78,000 Couple Of Things We Look For Some mortgage experience is preferred but not required Extensive payroll knowledge including preparation, balancing, taxes, etc. (experience with Rippling is a plus!) Very high proficiency on a computer (PC or Mac - the choice is yours!) Organization - Organization - Organization Incredibly positive attitude with the willingness to de‑escalate complaints if necessary Ability to multi‑task and work in a very fast paced environment Minimum of 3-5 years in a similar position #J-18808-Ljbffr
