Hardware Engineering Internship

Job Description

The Mission

As a Hardware Intern, you'll work directly with our founding team on real prototypes that ship into real-world deployments — not side projects. We are looking for someone who can start in January 2027.

What You'll Do

\n
• Build and quickly iterate on fine-grained wearable hardware prototypes: PCB layout, firmware, enclosure design, bring-up, and debug.
\n
• Own a piece of the stack end to end, from sensor integration to real-time data streaming.
\n
• Work alongside our ML team on signal processing that feeds cutting-edge AI models.
\n

Your Profile

\n
• Currently pursuing a BS, MS, or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Applied Physics, or related majors
\n
• Strong knowledge of electrical engineering and sensor technology, with hands-on experience in rapid prototyping for wearables or robotics, including PCB design, embedded firmware, and 3D CAD.
\n
• Comfortable with a scope, a soldering iron, and an unfinished problem.
\n
• Bonus: Coursework or project experience in signal processing, sensor fusion, or wireless data streaming, as well as mechanical design experience for wearable devices, particularly designing enclosures and hardware optimized for high-volume manufacturing.
\n

Why Join Us?

\n
• Real ownership. Small team, no red tape — your work goes into the product, not a slide deck.
\n
• Strong traction. Investment led by world-class top-tier venture capital.
\n
• NYC hub. Work from the heart of New York's tech scene.
\n
• Paid internship, with compensation matching your experience level.
\n
• Mentorship directly from the founding engineering team.
