Customer Service Specialist

Position: Customer Service Specialist Lexington, KY (Onsite) Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm | Full-Time Looking for a stable, full-time opportunity where you can help customers and grow with a fast-paced company? West Shore Home is hiring a Customer Service Specialist to support our Lexington branch. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers to resolve post-installation service needs, coordinate service appointments, and deliver a high-quality customer experience. This is a fast-paced customer service role focused on communication, problem-solving, and relationship building.
