Account Representative
State Farm
We are looking for an Account Representative to help develop customer relationships, identify customer needs, and grow our business. You will work directly with prospective and existing customers, answer questions, recommend solutions, follow up on opportunities, and help customers make informed decisions. This position combines sales, relationship management, account development, and customer service. Responsibilities include: Develop relationships with new and existing customers Identify customer needs Present appropriate products and solutions Follow up on leads and customer opportunities Help grow and retain customer accounts Meet sales and activity goals Candidates with backgrounds in sales, customer service, banking, retail, hospitality, account management, financial services, insurance, or other customer-facing roles are encouraged to apply. We’re looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys helping people, is comfortable selling, and wants their performance to influence their income and career growth. Compensation includes base pay plus commission and bonuses. This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent and involves State Farm insurance and financial products. Insurance licensing is required and qualified candidates can receive assistance through the licensing process. #J-18808-Ljbffr
