Drive OTR, regional or dedicated routes. Route: 100% no‑touch dry‑van freight. Home time: weekly or bi‑weekly options. Load type: refrigerated or dry‑van. Pay: $1.30 CPM + fuel surcharge; $0.55–$0.65 per mile (dry‑van); $0.65 per mile (specialised). Daily mileage: 100% no‑touch; 60% drop‑&‑hook; 20 stop pay. CPM ranges from 52–70. Payments: weekly truck payments start as low as $534 after incentives. Lease purchase terms: 2.3‑5.5 years. Driver Requirements: Valid Class A CDL. At least 22 years of age. 6 months recent OTR experience (or lease equivalent). No substance abuse programs within the last 10 years. No serious violations in the last 3 years. No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years. No SAP program. Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English. Must pass a background check and drug screening. Responsibilities: Operate trucks for the transportation of refuse, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Maintain accurate records of work orders and routing. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and customers regarding services. Navigate routes efficiently using GPS or maps, adjusting as necessary for traffic or road conditions. Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of the truck, reporting any mechanical issues promptly. Take advantage of an uncapped referral program paying up to $4,500 per referral. Earn a $1.30 CPM + fuel surcharge on all miles. Earn $70,000–$84,000 per year with additional detention, inclement weather and layover pay.
