Rate Range: $70-80/Hr; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Job Summary

• Lead Oracle Cloud Financials solution design workshops with business stakeholders.

• Define end-to-end AP, FA, GL, SLA, Tax, and integration architecture.

• Review business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

• Ensure solutions align with Oracle best practices and enterprise architecture standards.

• Review and approve functional design documents, setup configurations, and test scenarios.

• Resolve complex business process and system design issues.

• Analyze current-state finance processes and recommend future-state Oracle Cloud capabilities.

• Drive process standardization, automation, and control improvements.

• Identify opportunities to reduce manual processing and improve operational efficiency.

• Lead multiple workstreams during Oracle Cloud ERP implementation.

• Manage solution design, configuration reviews, CRPs, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.

• Oversee data conversion, reconciliation, and cutover activities.

• Ensure successful migration from legacy ERP systems to Oracle Cloud.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Oracle ERP and Oracle Cloud Financials.

• Strong Functional expertise in Oracle Accounts Payable (AP) and Fixed Assets (FA).

• Proven track record as an Oracle Cloud Fusion Finance Architect, leading solution architecture, design, implementation, and business transformation initiatives.

• Experience delivering 2 to 3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud ERP implementations, from requirements gathering through deployment and post-production support.

• Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud Financials best practices, configuration, integrations, reporting, and controls.

• Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical teams to define and implement scalable finance solutions.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with experience presenting solutions to senior leadership and business stakeholders
