Overview Delaware North Sportservice is hiring a seasonal part‑time Food Runner to join our team at Lambeau Field in Green Bay, Wisconsin. As a Food Runner, you will be responsible for expediting food from the kitchen to our guests as quickly as possible. What will you do? Deliver orders from the suites’ pantries in an efficient and timely manner to the correct luxury suite. Inquire and ensure guest satisfaction during the event by working with the suite attendant. Provide quick and attentive assistance to any mishap in the dining room and kitchen. Bus suites, with the suite attendant’s approval, take empty dishes to the kitchen. Clean off and wipe down the work area and carts at the end of the event. Assist other runners or suite attendants as needed. Assist dessert carts with restocking/serving desserts during the event. More About You Must be at least 16 years old. Excellent guest service skills. Ability to multitask in many different areas and work with a sense of urgency in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to follow job procedures and supervisor instructions. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and carry up to 35 lbs. and push up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand or walk for the entire length of the shift. Frequent bending, stretching, reaching, and walking up and down stairs as the work duties demand. Good mobility to maneuver between tables or within narrow spaces to deliver food to customers. Ability to balance food and beverage on a tray while walking around customers and upstairs.
