This full-time, on-site role offers $21/hour with a 4-day work week and shifts from 6AM-4PM, 1PM-10PM, or 8:30PM-6:30AM. You’ll lead daily routines, participate in group therapy, and help create a safe, structured environment while building trust and coping skills.
