Overview Associate Behavior Therapist — Location: Plano, Texas (75025). Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM (availability required). Work Setting: Center-Based ABA. Responsibilities Get in there and play — deliver 1:1 therapy sessions using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Track progress like a pro — collect data on every goal, every day. Qualifications You are at least 18 years old (required). You’ve got your high school diploma or GED (required). You have full-time availability from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday (required). You have your own reliable transportation. You are reliable, communicative, and eager to learn. You enjoy working with kids and may have experience in childcare, tutoring, or therapy (a plus!). You're playful, patient, and positive. Please Note: This is a center-based position.
