Responsibilities Under the direction of a Cardiologist, the Cardiac Catheterization Technologist performs functions related to hemodynamic and imaging procedures in the Cardiolog y department. Responsibilities include: Assisting with cardiac caths, structural heart, and endovascular procedures Performing procedures independently with minimal supervision Taking emergency call coverage Operating within a department that includes two cath labs and a PV lab Skills & Experience 2–3 years of recent Cath Lab experience Experience with Impella , Telemetry , and IABP Ability to read telemetry strips independently Must pass telemetry exam on Day 1 with 85% or higher IR (Interventional Radiology) experience preferred Certifications MA RT License or CVIS License (Mandatory) ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) – Required BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required Additional Information Job Type: 13 weeks- local contract or travel contract Schedule: 4x10s or 5x8s (40 hours/week) Typical Start: 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM Call required for emergency procedures Pay Range/Salary Range: $3126/wk to $3326/wk Pride Global offers eligible employees comprehensive healthcare coverage (medical, dental, and vision plans), supplemental coverage (accident insurance, critical illness insurance and hospital indemnity), 401(k) retirement savings, life & disability insurance, an employee assistance program, legal support, auto, home insurance, pet insurance, and employee discounts with preferred vendors.
