Responsibilities

• Be the first smile of the day! Greet every customer with friendly, fast service, help with fuel and transactions, and make every visit a positive experience.
• Go the extra mile! Offer windshield washing, share rewards program benefits, and provide helpful service wherever it's needed.
• Keep it safe and clean! Maintain a tidy, welcoming lot, kiosks, and walkways—inside and out—so everyone can fuel up safely and comfortably.
• Own your shift! Follow all cash handling, safety, and company procedures, complete checklists, and make sure tasks are done right every time.
• Teamwork makes it fun! Help train new teammates, communicate with leadership, stay updated on policies, and celebrate wins while achieving your shift goals.

Qualifications

• Positive, customer-first mindset, supported by strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven reliability and punctuality with consistent attendance.
• Ability to stay self-motivated, detail-oriented, and effective in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability and willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions.

Compensation Disclosure Statement

Pay is from $16.00 to $16.50 / hour QuickChek & Murphy USA take into consideration a wide range of factors when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: experience, skill sets, training, licensure and certifications, education, as well as business and organizational needs. The listed range is specific to the base hourly rate or annual salary and does not include additional benefits, perks, or bonus eligibility (when applicable) comprising the total benefits package.
